Real estate has always been an area of intense interest and intrigue for Don. A career in high tech with travels all over the world led Don and his family to eventually settle in Central Texas. Some years later when his career again required relocation, they decided that moving away from an area they had really grown to love was not an option, and Don saw an opportunity to pursue his long time passion for real estate. Real estate investment and land development has intrigued him since childhood. He has vivid memories of his parent’s dinner table conversations about the ins and outs of home ownership, profit and loss, concessions and negotiations, and found it all fascinating. Years later, and an ocean away, Don met his wife from Sweden where they started a life together, and a family. While attending the University of Stockholm in Sweden, Don bought his first property. I enjoy knowing what's happening in my city. I read a lot, I observe, and I connect the dots," Don says. He is interested in roads, housing developments and city planning.
