I moved to Austin, TX, from the farmlands of Iowa in 1979. In 1984, I became interested in real estate when buying and selling my own property which led me to get my real estate license. Residential real estate and leasing has been my specialty. It’s so rewarding seeing buyers so excited about their home purchases and being so thankful and appreciative of my knowledge, advice and expertise. Helping investors secure quality tenants for their investment rental properties is another facet of the real estate business that I enjoy. I have represented my investors and clients in selling their properties as well. Most of my investors I have worked with for many, many years and those clients have become friends along the way. Austin has changed so much since 1984 but not the fact that I would still love to assist you with any of your real estate needs be it selling, buying or leasing of your investment property. I strive to keep my transactions stress free and fun!

Welcome to the 2304 website. FM 2304 is also known as Manchaca Rd. Since TxDOT and the people of Austin like to have two names for every road, I have started referring to Manchaca Road as 2304. This solves the problem of pronouncing it correctly(and it is pronounced man check by the way). Check out the pages for Manchaca or Dripping Springs for a brief history of these fine communities. I'm Bruce from beautiful Manchaca, Tx. I am a Crockett High School graduate and a retired (25 years) UPS driver. I bought my first house in South Austin in 1980 and have been a Realtor since 2003. I have first hand knowledge of many Austin area neighborhoods as well as much of Central Texas. I have received my Seller's Representative Specialist designation from the NAR. Give me a call to talk about real estate, fishing, the Texas Longhorns, or the history of this beautiful part of Central Texas.
Real estate has always been an area of intense interest and intrigue for Don. A career in high tech with travels all over the world led Don and his family to eventually settle in Central Texas. Some years later when his career again required relocation, they decided that moving away from an area they had really grown to love was not an option, and Don saw an opportunity to pursue his long time passion for real estate. Real estate investment and land development has intrigued him since childhood. He has vivid memories of his parent’s dinner table conversations about the ins and outs of home ownership, profit and loss, concessions and negotiations, and found it all fascinating. Years later, and an ocean away, Don met his wife from Sweden where they started a life together, and a family. While attending the University of Stockholm in Sweden, Don bought his first property. Despite a busy career and growing young family, he kept developing his interest and knowledge of the real estate industry. "I have always been interested in development. I enjoy knowing what's happening in my city. I read a lot, I observe, and I connect the dots," Don says. He is interested in roads, housing developments and city planning. He likes to stay informed and understand what’s driving growth and development. "As an investor, I was a tough client. I wanted to know more about the property and the area than your average buyer," Don says. “… and later I would try to be for my clients what I wish real estate agents had been for me." His thirst for knowledge has been constant and allows him to offer clients a broader perspective. He enjoys working with buyers and sellers at all levels, from young people taking their first steps into homeownership to longtime homeowners wishing to downsize and everything in between. About the complexities of downsizing Don says: "Downsizing is all about planning, developing options, executing a strategy, and timing." His clients say things like, "He was very real with me, honest and genuine from day one," and "he is completely knowledgeable, thinks outside the box and his follow through is fantastic. He is dedicated and gets things done, even when it’s hard." He definitely cares passionately about his clients. Living and working with people all over the world has shaped Don's outlook on life. He loves people, cultures and languages, and speaks several; but says that one of the most important lessons he has learned is that people are mostly the same. “We all have similar needs and people everywhere solve them in slightly different ways”. He likes to tell his kids and his clients, "Everybody is people". Don is grateful for the opportunities he has had to experience other cultures and says "it’s given me a better appreciation for the world at large and the diversity of humanity … there are lovely people everywhere."

I began my Real Estate journey in 1998 and joined a Century 21 franchise in 1999. Over the years I have worked and help clients with both public and private needs in a range of real estate interest. Most of my business is Referrals to the point where I am now, helping the children of past clients.
I started my journey working with all the clients that the other agents didn't want or have time to deal with and those that were too far out of town. Personally, I actually liked, learned a great deal and enjoyed helping those clients out. This is how I set my "client needs first and the rest will take care of itself" principle.
From new builder to resale homes to, 1st time buyers to family probate I've seen my share over the years, always open to the next transaction. Over the years I have assisted, coached, guided and consoled buyers and sellers of Residential and Farm & Ranch properties in the Central Texas Area.
